We provide merchant support 24/7/365. Your merchant ID# and customer service number for business hours, after hours, holidays and weekends is on your statements, in your welcome letter, on your devices and should also have been provided by your local agent. Your local agent and our in office team are usually available Monday – Friday 6am – 6pm pacific time and you can also text/email your local agent as needed. In addition, emergencies are handled via priority channels.
