How Compensation Works
Compensation varies by role and production, but the structure is simple: activity creates results, and results create both upfront commissions, bonuses and lifetime residual income.
Depending on the position, income may include upfront commissions, performance bonuses, monthly recurring residual income in select roles, team overrides in leadership roles, and referral income in affiliate roles.
