Daily Rhythm
- Set your own schedule and work with the freedom of an independent contractor
- Start each day organized with candidate follow-up, scheduled calls, messages, and pipeline priorities
- Source new candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and personal outreach
- Respond quickly to interested applicants while momentum is high
- Conduct phone conversations to understand goals, availability, and overall fit
- Build consistency through steady outreach instead of waiting for motivation
What Success Looks Like
- Maintain the highest level of honesty, professionalism, and integrity in every conversation
- Create trust by clearly explaining the opportunity, compensation model, and expectations
- Guide qualified candidates into orientation, onboarding, and next steps
- Stay organized with notes, statuses, callbacks, and follow-up timelines inside the CRM
- Build relationships instead of treating recruiting like a one-time transaction
- Improve results through repetition, better conversations, and stronger follow-through
Pipeline Building
- Keep new leads flowing so there is always another conversation in motion
- Reconnect with warm candidates who were interested but not ready before
- Generate referrals from strong candidates and active team members
- Build a recruiting pipeline that compounds over time
Growth Mindset
- Attend live trainings, coaching calls, and support sessions
- Sharpen communication, listening, objection handling, and follow-up skills
- Track activity, conversions, and onboarding numbers to improve performance
- Think like an owner, because this opportunity rewards ownership behavior
Is This A Fit For You?
The right fit matters more than hype. Here’s who usually does well here, and who usually does not.
Who This Is For
- Self-motivated people who can work remotely without constant supervision
- Strong communicators who are comfortable talking with candidates by phone, text, and email
- People who enjoy helping others find opportunity and guiding them through next steps
- Consistent follow-up people who do not let warm candidates go cold
- Coachability-minded people willing to use the CRM, scripts, training, and proven systems
- Organized people who can manage pipeline, notes, statuses, and timing without getting scattered
- People who want flexibility and performance-based income instead of capped hourly income
- Those who understand that recruiting success comes from repetition, patience, and steady activity
Who This Is Not For
- People who need constant supervision or daily micromanagement
- Anyone expecting hourly pay, salary, benefits, or guaranteed income
- People who avoid follow-up or lose momentum after the first conversation
- Those unwilling to use scripts, systems, CRM tools, or training support
- People who get discouraged quickly when candidates ghost, delay, or say no
- Anyone looking for easy money without consistency, discipline, or ownership
- People who dislike communication-heavy work
- Those who want excuses more than growth
