Build More Than One-Time Earnings

Lifetime Monthly Residuals: Income From the Business You've Built

When qualifying merchants are connected to your role's activity, you earn your agreed share of the profits VMS earns from those merchants for as long as they remain active and continue using the applicable services.

That share is paid monthly. As more merchants become active, their residual contributions add together. There is no preset maximum on the residual income you can build.

Your Existing Residual Portfolio Doesn't Require New Production

You can stop generating new leads, selling, recruiting, coaching or referring at any time. Your already-earned residual rights do not disappear simply because you stop producing. There is no ongoing activity quota to maintain the qualifying residual income you've built.

Take time off or change your schedule. Qualifying active merchants continue contributing their monthly profit share.

Residual amounts reflect actual merchant profits and can fluctuate. Merchants may discontinue services. Qualifying relationships and profit shares follow the applicable agreement.

Can I earn a commission before a merchant makes a purchase?

Yes. VMS compensation programs offer qualified-lead commissions when the requirements for an eligible lead are met. A merchant does not need to become an active processing customer before the qualifying lead creates a commission. The qualification requirements depend on the applicable role and program.

Can I earn more than once from the same merchant?

Yes. The VMS opportunity combines multiple earning stages: qualified-lead compensation, merchant activation commissions and lifetime monthly residual income. Applicable performance bonuses, annual bonuses and other programs create additional earning opportunities.

What is lifetime residual income?

It is your agreed share of VMS profits from qualifying merchant relationships connected to your role's activities. Your share is paid monthly for as long as the merchant remains active with the qualifying VMS services. Multiple active merchant relationships can contribute to the same monthly residual portfolio.

Do I have to keep producing to receive existing residuals?

No. You may stop creating new production at any time. Previously earned residual rights are not dependent on continuing to sell, recruit, coach or refer new business. Qualifying merchants continue contributing profit shares while their eligible relationships remain active. Monthly amounts depend on merchant profits and the applicable agreement.

When are commissions, residuals and bonuses paid?

Earned commissions are paid weekly on Fridays, following the applicable commission cycle. Accrued residual income and qualifying monthly bonuses are paid on or about the 28th of the month. Individual incentive programs may have additional rules.

Does Lead Generation require sales presentations?

No. Lead Generators focus on contacting business owners, identifying potential needs and setting qualified appointments. They do not need to present merchant solutions, close sales or manage accounts after activation. Explore Lead Generation.

Does the Sales Agent handle the full customer relationship?

Yes. Sales Agents prospect, consult, present solutions, close merchant accounts and maintain relationships after customers become active. Explore the Sales Agent opportunity.

Do Recruiters have to sell merchant services?

No. Recruiting is a people-focused opportunity. Recruiters identify potential candidates, help them evaluate roles, assist orientation and onboarding, and stay connected to help contractors reach the right support and resources. Merchant sales are not required. Explore Recruiting.

When does a Regional Sales Manager start building a team?

The first priority is developing personal merchant production and building a book of business. As the manager demonstrates the sales process and develops production, team-building becomes a joint effort with the VMS recruiting team. Explore Regional Sales Manager.

What does an Affiliate Partner have to do?

Make formal introductions to business owners or candidates within your network. VMS handles the conversations, sales process, onboarding, training and support afterward. Affiliates are not required to deliver presentations, close accounts, recruit actively or manage customers. Explore Affiliate Partner.

Are these traditional salaried employment positions?

No. These are 1099 independent contractor opportunities, not W-2 employment. There is no guaranteed salary, hourly wage, draw or employee benefits package.

Is there any fee to join or receive training?

No. VMS does not charge an application, onboarding, participation, training or starter-kit fee. Contractors manage their ordinary personal business expenses.

Do I need prior merchant services experience?

Not for every opportunity. We provide structured training, practical resources and ongoing development. Sales leadership roles are generally best suited to experienced sales professionals.

Can I work remotely and set my own schedule?

Yes. The roles offer schedule flexibility, and many activities can be done remotely. Sales and management roles may also involve local fieldwork. No fixed employee shifts are required.

Are there required sales quotas?

VMS does not impose general production quotas or minimum hours simply to remain an independent contractor. Bonuses, commission tiers and special incentives may have their own qualification rules.

Is VMS an MLM?

No. There is no buy-in, inventory purchase, autoship, paid membership or product purchase requirement to participate. Compensation is connected to eligible business production and applicable program activity.

How do the income projection popups work?

Each preview uses assumptions about lead activity, activations, merchant profitability, attrition and the role's compensation structure. They illustrate hypothetical outcomes over 36 months. They are not guaranteed earnings or representations of typical income.
